Looking to add to your vertical? Having a strong vertical is important in many sports, but of course probably the first one that comes to mind is basketball. Contrary to the believe of some, your vertical is not constrained to "what you're given" — in fact, with the right exercises, you can build yourself up and actually increase your vertical jump range.
